Terms of Service

By creating a delveIn account or accessing the platform you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally permitted to access security testing tooling. Accounts are personal and may not be shared between individuals.

delveIn tooling may only be used on systems you own or for which you hold explicit, written authorisation from the system owner.

Unauthorised access to computer systems is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions, including under Ghana's Electronic Transactions Act, the US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the UK Computer Misuse Act.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations when using any tool obtained through delveIn.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately at security@delvein.dev if you suspect unauthorised access.

Payments are processed by Hubtel. Access to paid or premium tooling is granted only after delveIn verifies the payment server-side. Front-end payment confirmation is never treated as proof of purchase.

Listings are provided by their developers. delveIn performs a security review but does not warrant that any tool is fit for a particular purpose, error free, or continuously available.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, attempt to circumvent entitlement controls, or abuse the platform. Where lawful, we will tell you why.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, delveIn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits arising from use of any tool obtained through the platform.
