Acceptable Use Policy

delveIn tooling may only be used on systems you own or for which you hold explicit, written authorisation from the system owner.

Unauthorised access to computer systems is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions, including under Ghana's Electronic Transactions Act, the US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the UK Computer Misuse Act.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations when using any tool obtained through delveIn.

Using delveIn tooling against systems without authorisation.

Submitting malware, ransomware, droppers or credential-theft tooling.

Submitting tooling whose primary purpose is evasion, persistence or anti-forensic concealment.

Attempting to bypass entitlement, rate-limit or authentication controls.

Scraping the platform or reselling access to entitlements.

Harassing other members or abusing the review system.

Reports are triaged by moderators. Confirmed violations may result in content suspension, entitlement revocation and account suspension or banning. Security-critical reports may result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
