The package is materially unusable and we cannot fix it within 14 days of purchase.

You were charged twice for the same item.

You did not receive the entitlement you paid for.

Change of mind after a package has been downloaded.

Inability to use a tool because you lack authorisation to test a target system.

Subscriptions cancelled after the current period has started.

Email billing@delvein.dev with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days and the associated entitlement is revoked.
